What if my poster arrives damaged?

Our posters are shipped in sturdy, recyclable packaging, but they aren’t invincible. In the rare event that your poster arrives damaged, please contact us at store@informationisbeautiful.net with photos of both the damaged goods and any damaged packaging. We’ll take it from there.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

What’s the deal with shipping?

All available shipping options will be shown at checkout. Currently we ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. 

Why don’t you offer framed prints?

We put a lot of work into making sure our prints are eco-friendly, and until we are able to extend this guarantee to the materials used in frames, we can only offer unframed prints.

How do I hang the posters?

Unframed posters can be easily hung using clips, washi tape, poster putty, or in a nice frame.

What kind of paper and inks do you use?

All of our art prints and posters are printed on premium eco-certified paper with water-based inks. 

What sizes are available for your posters?

It varies depending on the print, but our default size is A2 (18”x12”) and for some prints there is an A1 (24”x16”) option.

Can I request custom posters or designs?

Currently, we don’t offer custom designs. We’re open to suggestion though, so if there is a graphic of ours that you’d really like to see in poster format, you can let us know via this form. https://forms.gle/YYiPGGcSzUxai1FZ6

My poster was delivered in a tube and now it’s all curled up.

Yes to protect your precious order we were forced to wrap it in a protective sleeve. Just gently unwrap the poster and place several heavy books on each end and allow to sit for a day or two. This will then flatten the print ready for hanging or framing.

How can I contact customer support?

I did not receive an email confirmation…now what?

A message with an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address that was given at checkout. If you have placed an order but have not received a confirmation email, please contact us at store@informationisbeautiful.net and we’ill take it from there. Don’t forget to check that pesky spam folder!

I’ve entered some incorrect information…now what?

If you have provided incorrect information such as a delivery address, email address or telephone number etc, please contact us at store@informationisbeautiful.net as soon as possible so we can rectify the info before shipping out your order. Unfortunately, if the incorrect information affects the delivery of your package and your order is already sent out by the time you reach out to us, you may be responsible for any extra costs incurred.

Can I make changes to my order?

To keep things as eco-friendly as possible, we print each poster on demand. We know you need your products fast. As soon as you have placed the order, we're on it! Unfortunately, this means we will be unable to make any changes as it is already being processed at the warehouse (usually within seconds).

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

Orders for posters may be canceled provided we have not initiated production for your order. Let us know ASAP via store@informationisbeautiful.net and we’ll see what we can do. 


DELIVERY

How quickly will I receive my poster order?

Printed posters will be delivered according to the shipping option selected at checkout. Standard delivery is 5 to 7 working days. Express deliver (if you’ve chosen that option) will be quicker. But the exact timing will vary depending on your location and territory.

How quickly will I receive my print-it-yourself downloadable poster?

You will receive your downloadable image within minutes of completing your order. 

How can I track my package?

Your order will be packaged and sent out as soon as the ink is dry. Generally, budget shipping is untracked and express is tracked (you can check the shipping service when you place the order).
